I grew up in and lived in Harrison for over 35 years.  I find it very rewarding to work with buyers and sellers in my home town as well as those around it.  It is a pleasure to help families acquaint themselves with all that each town has to offer. Prior to becoming licensed as a Realtor, I worked for an indirect lending company for 10 years in several managerial positions including credit approvals, operations and business development for the New England territory from New York to Maine. Buyers:  Are you looking for new construction?   I have worked with many developers in our New Home and Land Division on both single family homes as well as condominium developments including townhomes and mid-rise luxury buildings.   Do you prefer to find a handyman special or enjoy renovations?  I have done several renovations myself including my latest: a complete cottage renovation by the beach in Rye.   I can help you see the potential in older homes whether it is minor cosmetics or might require more extensive renovation.
